- Commercial operations — quality order CRM, inspector deputation, GST-compliant invoicing with CGST/SGST and IGST handling, partial settlement ledgers and receivables tracking.
- Client-facing delivery — white-labelled agency microsites, read-only client portals for order status and report downloads, and automated certificate expiry alerts.
How we work
We lead with the record, not with opinion. Every status change, form submission and invoice adjustment is written to an immutable audit trail, so an agency can reconstruct exactly who did what and when. Multi-tenant isolation is non-negotiable — one agency can never see another's data, and superadmin access to a tenant is always visible and logged.
